Residential Pest Control

Service Dates:

You’re entitled to three service calls per year, and if any pests covered under the plan appear throughout the year, you can call for help at any time.

Spring Service – April 1st – June 15th

Summer Service – June 15th – August 31st

Fall Service – September 1st – November 28th

Basic Service Description:

A reminder postcard will be sent to you before service is scheduled.
On the first floor of your home, our technician will apply a residual product to all door frames and windows.
Our technician will apply a 10-foot barrier around the perimeter of your home.
Materials are used indoors only where a problem has been identified or upon request.
If your request is rational, you may modify the H&S plan to better suit the needs of your home.

Pests Covered Under This Plan:

Crawling Insects

Common household pests include ants, roaches, beetles, centipedes, spiders, and more. These insects can infest your food and crickets and damage your carpeting.

Flying Insects

Yellow jackets, hornets, paper wasps, honey bees, and clothes moths

Rodents

Deer mice, white-footed deer mice, house mice, and Norway rats pest not covered under this plan – wood-destroying insects, ticks, fleas, bed bugs, flies & mosquitos.

Simply put, if you spot one pest, there is likely a much larger issue at hand. Mice and cockroaches typically only leave their nests when the population has become too large for the available resources. So, if you see just one mouse or cockroach, it means that there are probably many more lurking nearby.

If you don’t opt for an Integrated Pest Management Program, the pests will continue to reproduce. Home Protection Plan provides year-round pest maintenance with customizable options to fit your needs – we offer one-time Maintenance, Monthly Maintenance, or Quarterly Maintenance programs.
