Service Dates

Three scheduled service calls annually, unlimited service calls all year round on pests covered under plan.

Spring Service – April 1st – June 15th
Summer Service – June 15th – August 31st
Fall Service – September 1st – November 28th 

Basic Service Description

  1. Our office will call send you a postcard reminder, letting you know service is forthcoming.
  2. Our technician will apply a residual product around all door frames and windows on the first floor of the home.
  3. Our technician will apply a residual 10′ barrier around the outside perimeter of the home.
  4. Materials are used indoors only where a problem has been identified or upon request.
  5. You may customize the H&sP to fit the particular needs of your home if your request is within reason.

Acrobat ants, crazy ants, little black ants, odorous house ants, pavement ants, large yellow ants, american roaches, german roaches, brown branded roaches, pennsylvania roaches, wood roaches, oriental roaches, boxelder bugs, lady bugs, centipedes, clovermites, earwigs, elm leaf beetles, millipedes, pill bugs, springtails, silverfish, ground beetles, crickets, spiders, food infesting insects and carpet beetles

Flying Insects

Yellow jackets, hornets, paper wasps, honey bees, and clothes moths

Rodents

Deer mouse, white footed deer mouse, house mouse and norway rats
pest not covered under this plan – wood destroying insects, ticks, fleas, bed bugs, flies & mosquitos.
